Description
Nicky House Cottage is a detached cottage, formerly two cottages, dating from the late 18th to early 19th century. It features brick walls, likely facing on cob, and has a hipped thatched roof with a central brick stack that has an oversailing cap and dentil ornament. The cottage is one storey with an attic and has brick lean-to extensions with tiled roofs at each end. On the left end, there is a weatherboarded porch in front of the lean-to, while the right end has a panelled door in the lean-to. The main building has a part glazed door at the right end. The ground floor includes three casements with glazing bars set under segmental arches. In the attic, there are two half dormers with similar casements and two small casements located under the eaves.
