Description

No 32 on East Street is a building with a rear that likely dates back to the 18th century, while the front was added in the mid-19th century and is not included in the listing. The structure is made of colour-washed brick and features a slurried gambrel roof. It has two storeys and an eaves cornice made of diagonally placed bricks, along with projecting eaves. The façade includes six ranges of sash windows with glazing bars, one of which is tripartite and features a shop window with glazing bars below it. There are also two modern doors. This building is part of a group with Nos 8 to 36 (even) and the United Reformed and Methodist Church.
