Description

Nos 8 and 10 on East Street are late 18th century to early 19th century buildings made of colour-washed brick with a pitched slate roof. They stand three storeys tall and feature a band. The front of the buildings includes two sets of sash windows with glazing bars and one set of 19th century casements. Number 10 has a late 19th century shopfront with turned glazing bars, while number 8 has a modern shopfront. These buildings, along with Nos 8 to 36 (even), are part of a group that includes the United Reformed and Methodist Church.
