Description

Nos 14 and 16 on East Street are mid-18th century buildings constructed from colour washed brick. They feature a modern pitched roof and stand two storeys tall with attics. The buildings have a moulded eaves cornice and a parapet, and there are six ranges of sash windows with glazing bars. Additionally, there are two gabled attic dormers and modern shopfronts. A contemporary rainwater head is also present. Nos 8 to 36 (even) are part of a group that includes the United Reformed and Methodist Church.
