Description

No. 3 Long Street is an attached house dating from the late 18th century. It features brick walls laid in Flemish bond and has a brick plat band. The roof is covered with asbestos slate, with a gable end on the left and a hipped roof on the right. There is a brick chimney stack on the left gable. The house is two storeys high and has three windows, which are mainly 2-light wood casements with horizontal glazing bars and segmental brick heads. The windows have wooden cills. The front door is centrally located at ground level; it is a plank door with a wooden surround and is topped by a slated wooden canopy.
