Description

Woodcombe is a detached house that was formerly a farmhouse, dating from the late 17th century. It features coursed rubble-stone walls and a thatched roof, which is hipped on the left side and half-hipped on the right. The house has one and a half storeys and includes seven windows, which are two-light ovolo-moulded stone mullions with separate labels above; the four ground floor windows are original, while the remaining windows are 20th-century. The front doorway is approximately at the center and has a 20th-century stone surround with a plank door. There is also a door at the left end, which is similar in style.
