Description
The stable block, located 10 metres northeast of Pitt Farmhouse, dates from 1818, as indicated by a plaque on the gable wall. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, featuring occasional burnt headers, and has a stone rubble sleeper wall. The roof is made of corrugated iron. The façade includes a central stable door flanked by large segmental-headed windows, with a loft door situated above. Inside, there are heavy square section beams.
