Description

SHUSTOKE SHAWBURY LANE SP2490 (East side) Church End 14/196 Stable, approx. 5m E of Church Farmhouse GV II Stable block. 1761. Red brick, Flemish bond and plain-tiled roof. Gable end parapet to west end and dentil eaves cornice. 2 storeys flanked by clasping corner pilasters. Segmental arches to 3 original doorways, one now blocked and 2 windows. At first floor a gable pitch opening with boarded door. In the gable head is a stone panel inscribed with the date. At west end is an oculus.
