Description

This is a pair of late 18th-century houses with shops, situated on Trinity Road in Weymouth. They form part of a short row and are somewhat isolated due to demolition clearance in the 1960s. The houses have rendered walls and a concrete tile roof, with a deep hipped rear wing and a mansard roof. The facade is three storeys and an attic in height, featuring three windows. There are two 20th-century dormers above the glazing-bar sash windows. The windows include 8:12:8-paned sash bowed oriels, with two storeys to the right and one to the left. The ground floor now contains 20th-century shop fronts. A central 6-panel door is protected by a transom light, and there is a glazed opening to the right, which was formerly a door. Gable stacks are also present. The interior remains uninspected.
