Description
No. 25 Trinity Road is a late 18th-century house that is part of a short row with shops. It features painted brickwork and a slate roof, with a mansard front range and a deep rear wing that has a lean-to. The building has two storeys and an attic, with two windows; there are single and paired 6-pane sash flat-roofed dormers above a 12-pane sash window and an 8:12:8-pane sash bowed oriel window. The ground floor consists of two 20th-century shop fronts, with a recessed door to the right and an extended section to the left that connects to Old Harbour House. The building has a plain gabled return, a pair of gable stacks, and a tall stack on the rear range. The interior has not been inspected. This house is part of a short row that continues along Trinity Road to the west of the church, but it is somewhat isolated due to demolition clearance that occurred in the 1960s.
