Description

Brookman’s Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse located in Iwerne Minster. It is constructed of whitewashed rubble walls with a half-hipped thatched roof, featuring brick dressings. The building follows an L-plan layout, with a symmetrical south front. It has one and a half storeys and a two-window range, with mainly two- and three-light casement windows with leaded lights. A central rustic porch provides access. A rear wing has a large, projecting chimneybreast with stepped and weathered offsets. Later outshuts have been added to the rear of the property.
