Description
Over Brook Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, with alterations from the 18th and 19th centuries. It features roughcast walls and a single Roman tile roof with coped verges, including a finial on the left side. The building is two storeys high and has four bays, with 2-light casement windows that have glazing bars. The left ground floor window has a grill, while the right two bays on the ground floor feature French windows with glazing bars and marginal lights. To the right of the building, there is a door opening with a four-panelled door, where the top two panels are glazed, and it is sheltered by a thatched hood supported by "rustic" wooden posts. Additionally, there is a section of rubble wall approximately 3 metres high with plain stone capping, extending 40 metres to the east.
