Description

This is an early to mid-19th century group of buildings consisting of numbers 18 (Limerick House), 20 (Dorset House), and 22, along with numbers 1 to 4 (consecutive) which form Dorset Place. Limerick House has a stuccoed front. Dorset House and number 22 have fronts of red brick with stone plinths; number 22 also features brick pilasters. All three buildings have round-headed doorways, each with a keystone. Between Dorset House and number 22, and set back from the street, is a terrace of four buildings with three-storey painted brick fronts. The windows are sash windows, some of which are blind, and retain their glazing bars. They are topped with keystones. The doorways are round-headed, with keystones, and have moulded imposts and transoms. Area railings are present.
