Description
The School House, dating from the early 19th century, is a two-storey brick building constructed in English garden wall bond with some flared headers. It features a hipped tiled roof with brick end stacks and has a three-window range. The ground floor openings are set under segmental brick arches, and the building has 2-light, 4-pane wooden casements throughout. The eaves are overhanging and supported by modillions. Surrounding the garden to the west is a wrought iron fence on a stone plinth, which includes a single rail and uprights with mitre finials that are similar to those found at the east gate of St Mary's Church churchyard.
