Description

The Forge is an attached house in a row, dating from the early 19th century. It features stone walls that are rendered and has a slate roof with gable ends. The gable ends have been fitted with rebuilt brick stacks. The building has two storeys and three windows, which are sash windows with 16 panes and wooden cills. The front door is centrally located and consists of six fielded panels, dating from the 20th century, and is topped by a semi-circular fanlight that does not have glazing-bars.
