Description

This property comprises numbers 10 to 12 Princes Street, dating from the 18th century. It is rendered with a Mansard tile roof and brick stacks featuring blind round arches, prominently visible against Colliton Park. The building is two storeys high with attic space. It has four ranges of sash windows with glazing bars; the windows of number 12 are cased. Three attic dormers are present, each with a casement window. The front features three flush-panel doors, each partly glazed and set in deep reveals.
