7, Cobb Road

No 7 on Cobb Road is a 19th-century building that stands two storeys high with one window bay and a door located on the right side. It features a slate gabled roof and has a colourwashed rendered front. To the left, there is a splayed three-light bay window on both floors, with sash windows that include glazing bars in each light. On the right side, there is a round-headed doorway with a four-panelled door, a plain semi-circular fanlight above it, and a small hood supported by brackets positioned between the door and the fanlight. This building is part of a group that includes Undercliff, Theos Cottage, Nos 6 and 7, and Westfield, along with all the listed buildings in Cobb Terrace.
