COBB ROAD 1. 1357 (West Side) No 7 SY 3391 2/127 II GV 2. C19 front. 2 storeys 1 window bay with door to right hand. Slate gabled roof. Colourwashed rendered front. To left hand splayed 3-light bay window on both floors; sash windows with glazing bars in each light. To right hand, round-headed doorway, 4-panelled door; plain semi-circular fanlight; small hood on brackets inserted in door between door and fanlight.

Undercliff, Theos Cottage, Nos 6 & 7 and Westfield together with all the listed buildings in Cobb Terrace form a group.
