Description

Theos Cottage is a late 18th century to early to mid 19th century building located on Cobb Road. It is two storeys high with two window bays and a central doorway. The roof is slate and gabled, while the front is finished in stucco. The windows are sash style, set in reveals with glazing bars, and there are louvred shutters. The entrance features a six-panelled door topped by a small modern hood with a cusped and scalloped edge. On the right gable end facing the street, there is a sash window with glazing bars above, protected by an iron guard. Below it, on the ground floor, is a splayed three-light bay window. Theos Cottage, along with Nos 6 and 7 and Westfield, is part of a group of listed buildings in Cobb Terrace.
