Description

22 Rose Hill is an early to mid 19th century building that is stuccoed and has two storeys plus a basement. It features a double hipped slate roof and two five-sided canted bays that extend through both floors on either side of a central doorway, with each bay containing three sash windows. The doorway is accessed by five steps and is flanked by pilasters, topped with an entablature and an overdoor that has a keystone effect. Above the doorway, there is one sash window. At the western end, there is a window bay with sash windows on both storeys. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 3 to 8 and Nos 18 to 24 on Rose Hill.
