Description
Shire End is a mid-19th century building, likely dating to around the 1840s or 1850s. It is two storeys and has an attic space. The roof is slate-covered, and the external cladding is also slate. Three dormers are visible, one of which is a more recent addition. The front facade has five window bays. The windows are sash windows set in reveals, although the glazing bars have been lost. A square bay projects from the left-hand side on both the first and ground floors. A central square projection extends from the ground floor. At the right-hand gable end, a single-storey projection features a six-panelled door with ovolo moulding on the panels.
