Description

Stone Cottage, including the front boundary walls, is a semi-detached cottage located on East Street in Corfe Castle. It was probably built in the early 19th century and features rubble stone walls and a stone slate roof. The cottage has a stone stack at the left end and a central plastered stack. It is two storeys high and has a gabled porch with a part-glazed ledged door. The ground floor has two casement windows with glazing bars, while the first floor has three similar windows. The front boundary wall is made of stone slabs set vertically.
