Description

This barn, located about 50 meters southwest of Dean Farm, likely dates from the 18th century. It features timber-framed walls that are weatherboarded on a brick base, topped with a double Roman tile roof. The structure has two gabled cart porches, and between them is an open timber lean-to with a corrugated sheet roof. The barn consists of ten bays, and its roof is constructed with queen-strut construction and braced tie beams. At the time of the survey in November 1985, the barn was noted to be in rather poor repair. It is included in the listing for its group value context.
