Description

This barn, located 40 yards southwest of Dean Farm House, dates from the late 17th century and has some alterations from the 19th century. It features a timber frame set on a brick plinth, with weatherboard cladding and a corrugated asbestos roof on the pent roof extension at the front. The main barn has a plain tiled roof and is rectangular in shape, consisting of four framed bays with central opposing wagon doors. Inside, the roof has queen strut framing with some bracing. The barn is included in the listing for its group value context.
