Description
The premises occupied by Lloyds Bank Limited, located at 32 High Street, is a building dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is a three-storey structure with a three-window stone ashlar front. The ground floor has been modified to accommodate a later bank frontage. The upper part of the building features a central elliptical bow with three-light bowed sash windows. The flanking windows on the first floor are designed in a Venetian style and include keystones. The building is adorned with a moulded cornice and string courses, one of which has alternating fluting and paterae.
