Description

WEST BOROUGH 1. 5193 . (east side) No 26 (Quinney's Restaurant) (formerly listed as No 67) SU 0000 SE 2/125 14.6.52 II GV 2. C17 origin, altered and refaced C18. Rendered walls, brick dentil cornice at eaves. Tiled roof. Brick stacks. Ground floor has part glazed entrance door under a simple classical hood on carved brackets. Modern window. First floor has 2 double hung sashes with glazing bars and one blocked window. One dormer to attic with side hung casements. Internally there are some exposed timber beams and remains of a cornice on the ground floor. Traces of early stone and brick paving. RCHM Monument 65.
