Description
This is an 18th-century building located on the east side of West Borough. It was originally listed as number 68. The walls are rendered, with a brick dentil cornice at the eaves. The roof is tiled, with a slate eaves course, and has brick stacks. The building is two storeys and has an attic. A platband runs along the first floor. The doorway features a six-panel part-glazed door, a segmental pediment with fret ornament to the frieze, console brackets, and moulded pilasters. The ground floor has two double-hung sash windows with a central glazing bar. The first floor has three similar windows. Two dormers with hipped roofs and casements light the attic.
