The building is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and has a tile roof, with a hipped section at the west end. It is three storeys high and features nine ranges of sash windows, each with a keystone. Some of the sash windows have been altered. A round-headed window is centrally located on the first floor. Three shop fronts have been inserted into the ground floor. A carriage entrance is situated on the right-hand side, marked by a keystone and a painted stone surround, and contains double doors. The building forms a group with numbers 7 to 25 on the same side of the street.
