Former school, now a house, at left end of The Old Library etc (q.v.). Probably c1900. Rubble stone walls, tiled roof, with some fish-scale tiling, brick stack at left end. 2 storeys. Door in a slightly projecting buttress, carried up above eaves level with a stone coping. Rectangular opening below coping. Ledged door in ashlar surround. Carved quatrefoil panel above doors. Ground floor has three 3-light Stone mullioned windows with 4-centred arched lights and diamond lead lights. First floor has 3 similar windows, and a small- blocked window. Right of the house, linking it to The Old Library, a late infil building, with rubble stone walls and tiled roof. Garage doors on ground floor. C20 dormer with casements, and C20 window under eaves.
