Description

This is a detached barn located 50 metres east of East Elworth Farmhouse, dating from the 18th century, with a roof that was replaced in the 19th century. The barn features rubble-stone walls and a slate roof that is half-hipped at both ends. It has three bays and includes two long loops in the west wall. At the centre, there is a porch with brick-patched jambs and 19th-century, two-leaf barn doors. Additionally, there is a plank loft door on the gable end.
