Description
This is a detached barn located 30 metres south-east of Sort Farmhouse, dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. The barn features rubble-stone walls and a half-hipped thatch roof. It has two-light wooden casement windows with glazing bars, each topped with segmental brick arches. At the centre, there is a stable-type door with long strap hinges, also from the 19th century, which has a segmental brick arch above it. There are steps leading up to a loft door at the west end, which is made of planks and is studded, with renewed brick quoins.
