Narrow frontage house in row, with shop. Late C18 or early C19. Painted brickwork front, Portland stone ashlar to lower part of left party wall, slate double roof to centre valley. 3 storeys, 1 window; 12-pane sash in flush box above 8:12:8-pane bow oriel with dentil cornice, and C20 shop front. Plain coped parapet. The left return, with ashlar up to second-floor level and rendering above, has a central 6-pane light at second floor. There are rendered gable stacks to the left. INTERIOR not inspected.
