Description

No. 68 on St Thomas Street is a house with a shop, dating from the early 18th century but remodelled in the early 19th century. It is constructed of Portland stone ashlar and features a lead flat roof. The building has three storeys and four windows, all of which are sash windows set in plain reveals on stone sills. The second floor has 6-pane windows, while the first floor has 12-pane windows. The ground floor includes a full-width 20th-century shop front, with a plain pilaster at the left end and a small cornice under a blocking course. The interior has not been inspected.
