The outbuilding located to the northeast of the Two Brewers Inn on St James Street dates back to 1615. It is a single-storey structure featuring a modern red plaintile gabled roof and a front made of colour-washed stone rubble. This building is listed as Grade II primarily due to its position within the street scene. It is part of a group that includes Nos 16 to 22 (even), the Two Brewers Inn, Nos 26 to 30 (even), an outhouse to No 30, stone setts outside No 26, No 32, and a boundary wall to the southwest of No 32, all of which can also be viewed from Park Walk.
