  1. 1615 ST JAMES STREET (South Side) Outbuilding to the North- east of the Two Brewers Inn ST 8622 2/90A II GV 2. single storey, Modern red plaintile gabled roof, Colour washed stone rubble front. Grade II on account only of position in street scene.

Nos 16 to 22 (even), Two Brewers Inn and outbuilding, Nos 26 to 30 (even), outhouse to No 30, Stone setts outside No 26, No 32 and Boundary wall to south west of No 32 form a group seen also from Park Walk.
