This is a three-window, stone ashlar building located at 1615 St James Street. Dating to the early 18th century, it has a basement, two storeys, and an attic. The roof is hipped with new slate tiles and features gabled dormers. Casement windows are set within original hollow-moulded stone frames, visible on the doorway and some windows. A plinth and string course are also present. There are three steps leading to the doorway, which is sheltered by a plain hood supported on iron brackets.
