Description

This is a detached house located 50 meters southeast of Marlborough Farmhouse, built in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof with brick stacks at the rear of the ridge. The house has two storeys and a two-window range. The windows are casement style, displaying an unusual pattern of two and three lights, each with glazing bars and individual round heads. The right bay of the house is gabled, and there is a panelled door situated in a porch on the right bay.
