No. 67 Butt Lane is a detached cottage, likely built in the 18th century. The lower part of the walls is constructed of brick, while the upper part is plastered. The front wall features buttresses. The cottage has a thatched roof with brick stacks at each end and is two storeys high. There is a brick porch with a tiled lean-to roof and a 20th-century door. On each floor, there are two casement windows that include central glazing bars.
