Description
Kuanton Cottage, including the pump and boundary wall, is a house in a terrace dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It features coursed rubble stone walls, a stone slate roof, and brick end stacks. The building has two storeys. The entrance consists of a battened door located under a flat hood supported by shaped brackets. On the ground floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars, each set beneath segmental brick arches. The first floor has three sash windows with glazing bars. A lead pump is situated on the front wall, complete with a timber casing and stone trough. The property is enclosed by a low rubble stone boundary wall.
