Description
Wissett Cottage is a late 17th- to early 18th-century cottage at the right end of a terrace, originally known as Conigar. It has rubble stone walls with a roof partly covered in stone slates and partly thatched. A brick stack is located at the right end. The cottage has a T-shaped plan. The front range, which has a stone slate roof, features three casement windows with leaded lights on the ground floor, and two hipped dormers with similar casement windows in the attic. A thatched rear wing contains the entrance, now accessed via a 20th-century porch.
