No. 24 Cockles is a detached cottage, probably from the 18th century. It features plastered walls and a thatched roof, with brick stacks. To the north, there is an attached outbuilding that has one storey and an attic, which has been converted into a garage. This outbuilding has stone walls with brick dressings and a tiled roof. To the south, there is another single-storey outbuilding with brick walls, part of which is plastered, and a thatched roof; this has been converted into a kitchen. The main house has one storey and an attic, with a part-glazed door. The ground floor includes three casement windows with glazing bars. In the attic, there are two half-dormers featuring horizontally sliding sashes with remnants of lead lights. Additionally, there is a single-storey rear lean-to with brick walls and a tiled roof.
