Description
The Weld Arms is a public house, likely dating from the 18th century. It features rubble stone walls that are colourwashed, topped with a thatched roof that has a parapet on the southwest gable, along with brick stacks at both ends and in the center. The building is two storeys high and has two roughcast porches with tiled roofs. On the ground floor, there are four double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, while the first floor has four similar windows and one fixed window. There are also traces of earlier built-up windows. At the rear, there is an attached outbuilding wing that is two storeys tall, constructed with brick and stone walls and a tiled roof.
