ST 6601 CERNE ABBAS CERNE ABBEY

11/62 Kettle Bridge, 75 metres west of the North Barn.

GV II Road Bridge over river Cerne. Cl7, or earlier. Rubble-stone masonry with high parapet walls (1.5 metre), curving out at ends. One low roughly round arch, of one span. Single carriage width, 4m. Length, 10m. The bridge gives road access to the North Barn, (qv).
