Description

Watford Bridge is a road bridge over the River Brit, dating from the 17th century or earlier. It features rubble-stone walls and a stone parapet with flat coping stones. The bridge has two pointed segmental arches on each side and a central cutwater on the upstream side that extends to road level. It is of single track width and has a parapet wall that measures 13 metres in length. Part of the bridge is located in Netherbury civil parish.
