Description
This building is an office that was formerly the hostel of Pymore Mills, located immediately southeast of the former school. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of red brick with a slate roof and red brick stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring six windows. The windows are sashes with glazing bars set under gauged flat arches and have stone cills; one window has been converted into a door. There is a projecting course of brick on edge at the eaves, and two lead-covered dormers on the roof. The stacks are positioned at the ridge and the right-hand gable. The entrance is at the rear, and each floor is divided into two rooms, with the original staircase located at the center rear.
