Description
This is a barn located 5 metres south-west of North End Farmhouse, dating from the 18th century. It features walls made of lias ashlar and a thatched roof that is hipped at both ends. The barn is a single storey with a central barn door that consists of a two-leaf plank design with wooden boarding. To the right, there is a wood-framed opening that has three lights with plank shutters and a wooden lintel above. There is also a door to the loft in the east gable wall. Inside, the structure showcases collar-beam construction, with collars pegged to the sides of the principals, which are halved timbers that are roughly dressed.
