Description
Stonebridge is a single cottage dating from the 18th century. It features walls made of lias stone and brick in Flemish bond, topped with a thatch roof that has gable ends and a single brick chimney at the north gable. The cottage is 1 ½ storeys high and has two windows, which are three and two-light wooden casements with glazing bars, complete with wooden cills and lintels. The front door, located at the center of the east elevation, is a plank door from the 20th century, with brick voussoirs above it. There is a lias stone buttress with a set-off at the southeast corner. Additionally, there is a 20th-century window-bay with a hipped thatch canopy over it on the south gable wall.
