Description

Manor Cottage is a single cottage built around 1800. It features ashlar stone walls at the front and rubble-stone and cob at the rear. The roof is thatched with stone gable copings and flat kneelers, and it has gable ends. There are brick stacks at both the left and right gables. The cottage has one and a half storeys and three windows, which are three-light wooden casements with straight depressed arch heads and projecting stone keys, supported by brick voussoirs. A small staircase has a similar arch head. The front doorway is centrally located and also has a similar arch head, featuring a plank and studded front door from the 19th century.
