GV II

Detached Farmhouse. Early Cl8. Ashlar stone walls and a chamfered plinth. Slate roof, with stone gable-copings and moulded kneelers. Modillion eaves-cornice. 2 storeys. 3 windows, ground floor has 4-light stone mullions (hollow chamfers). First floor: 3-light stone mullions, also hollow chamfers. All with separate labels over, 2-light mullion windows in attic gable wall. Front door at centre, with moulded stone jambs and a very depressed-arch head. Separate labels over.
