ST 61 SE FOLKE FOLKE VILLAGE

2/88 Dovecote 40 m south east of Folke GV II

Dovecote, now agricultural building. C16 or early C17. Coursed rubble walls with corrugated-iron, gable ended roof. North wall bears remains of 4-centred arch door. Internally the north and south walls have nesting compartments in stone. The roof structure is C20.
