Description
The building formerly occupied by Camkin Motors is an early 19th-century structure located on the south side of Greenhill. It is a two-storey building with a three-window stucco front and a slate roof. The first floor features sash windows that are three panes wide, with a central Venetian window set in a sunk recess that has an elliptical head and fluting in the spandrels. The ground floor is now entirely taken up by a garage. This premises, along with the adjoining Ridgeway, forms a group with nearby properties including the house next to Jax, and the premises occupied by Palmer, Snell and Co, Glenda, Marella, K Rowsell, and Jax, Coldharbour.
