Description
The lodge and gateway to the cemetery, built in 1855, is designed in the Gothic style. It features stone walls, a tiled roof, and a stone stack. The building is one storey with attics. The main entrance front on the south side has a gable with parapets and a pointed arched doorway. The ground floor includes a three-light square-headed Gothic window, while the attic has a similar two-light window with a small circular window above it. The large gateway has a segmental pointed arch under the gable, with a panel above the arch that is carved with the inscription "Erected 1855." There is a lean-to on the east side, constructed in a similar style, as well as a lean-to extension on the west side and a single-storey flat-roofed rear extension made of reconstructed stone.
